In 2012, I started at a law firm in the Netherlands specialized in apartment law, and in 2013 I was sworn in as an attorney. Since that time, I have built a broad network consisting of all important players in the HOA industry in the Netherlands. Since that time, I have gained much practical experience by both advising and litigating ] for and against HOAs. The HOA industry therefore holds no secrets for me!

Relief in Curaçao
Due to my connection with Curaçao, I visit the island regularly. As an apartment law specialist, it became clear to me that there is a need for specialists in that field because real estate in Curaçao is developing rapidly. Therefore, I decided to also offer in Curaçao the knowledge in apartment law that I have built up in the Netherlands. I established VVE Juridisch Curaçao with which I take legal concerns off my clients’ hands and guide them through the complex regulations for HOAs. Additionally, I work extensively with notaries in Curaçao so that I can ensure the division process proceeds smoothly for my clients.
